Passionate about ensuring the voice of the customer is instilled in marketing efforts, Kathy has been instrumental in leading organizations to adopt customer and market insights as part of their strategic planning and brand-building efforts. She is equally passionate about marketing’s role as a partner with sales in driving opportunity and revenue pipeline, and she has led highly successful demand generation programs.
Kathy’s experience spans both the agency and client-side and across numerous industries including, consulting, technology, telecommunications, airline, retail, and packaged goods. She’s held high profile positions in several notable companies: TierPoint, Avanade, NTT/Verio, and Ameritech. Additionally, she worked extensively with technology partners which include Microsoft, Amazon, CISCO, IBM, and Dell, to secure funding and to deliver mutually beneficial programs.
Kathy holds a B.S. in marketing from Marquette University and earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a member of the Executive Club of Chicago and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.
