Melanie leads the Human Resources team at InterVision, bringing nearly 20 years of experience. Her responsibilities include “culture keeper,” talent acquisition, policy development, compensation & benefits, and DEI leader. Prior to joining InterVision in 2018, Melanie was an HR leader working in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and automotive.
Melanie has also served as an adjunct instructor since 2005 at Missouri State University, teaching various undergraduate and graduate level course in the psychology department. She holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Drury University and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
