Melanie’s responsibilities include the acquisition of talent, policy development, compensation, and employee engagement.

Melanie has 20 years of experience as an HR leader working in diverse industry sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and automotive.

As an adjunct online instructor since 2005 at Missouri State University, Melanie’s diverse experience and expertise help inform the various undergraduate and graduate level courses she teaches in their psychology department.

A Senior Professional in Human Resources, Melanie holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Drury University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.

Personal

Melanie resides in St Louis, MO with her husband, Jeff, and 2 kids: Calvin and Helena. Melanie spends the majority of her free time shuttling kids to various practices and ensuring that her two French Bulldogs receive all of the attention they demand.
