As Vice President of Finance at InterVision, Lance oversees all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support the company’s growth and success.

Experience

With over 20 years of experience in both accounting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Lance has built a distinguished career spanning startups, mid-sized businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. He has held executive roles at companies backed by top-tier private equity firms such as Thoma Bravo and KKR, where he led finance teams through periods of significant growth and transformation.

Lance brings a deep understanding of both operational and financial intricacies, which enables him to drive efficiencies and execute strategic initiatives.

Education

Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Personal

Lance is originally from San Jose, California, and has called Erie, Colorado home for over 15 years. He and his wife, Anne, keep busy with their 4 children and 4 dogs, embracing the lively energy of family life. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and making frequent trips to Disneyland.
