Episode 48: Creating The Future
How do you most effectively embrace the rapid pace of change in the technology industry? How do you implement the most impactful and efficient programs, hire the right talent, and develop the right systems? Well, first, you must create the future. Jared Nichols, The New Futurist, is here to discuss with Jeff Ton, SVP of Product Development and Strategic Alliances exactly how to “be an active participant rather than a passive recipient” of your own future and that of your organization; how to build agency over the outcome. Jared will tell you exactly what is needed with his “three Cs,” how to get started and how to improve and what is wrong with most organization’s strategic planning process.
