InterVision® worked with Dataview in 2014 when charged with migrating the California Department of Transportation ERP and a partnership formed. Today, Dataview, a team of experienced technologists focused Public Sector solutions development, implementation and management of ERP solutions, partners with InterVision on various projects to provide post go-live support services with daily operational activities that meet system SLAs and customer expectations.
Successful engagements and ongoing support include State of Alabama Financial Accounting System (STAARS) and a full migration of the California Department of Transportation ERP system to a new datacenter. The services included review of deployment architecture, ERP software re-installation, application performance testing, UAT Testing Support and upgrading the integration infrastructure. The fine tuning resulted in a reduction of more than 50% in nightly processing time.
