InterVision Appoints Jim Zaloudek as Chief Financial Officer

Accomplished Executive Will Help Drive InterVision’s Next Phase of Efficiency and Growth

Santa Clara, Calif. and St. Louis, Mo., November 8, 2018 – InterVision Systems, LLC today announced that Jim Zaloudek has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Jim will oversee the company’s finance, operations, mergers & acquisition, investor relations, legal and human resources functions.

Zaloudek has more than 30 years of experience in finance, executive management, operational management and M&A, which will bolster these continued efforts for long-term success. He has a deep knowledge of investor relations, ERP transitions and implementations, corporate FP&A initiatives and strategic planning. His public accounting experience includes audit, corporate income tax and consulting services.
