Our guest on this episode, Chris Daily, Managing Director of beLithe, has taken a different approach to agile; putting more emphasis on the individual and even applying it to business development. Listen now as Chris explains to Jeff Ton, his individual first concept, the tools he uses to assist with change management and the challenges he encounters most often when companies are trying to implement agile methods.
Chris Daily is the Managing Director for beLithe, LLC. Chris has more than 30 years of executive level experience in software development, working with organizations of various sizes ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Angie’s List, where he served as a Senior Director.
For the last several years, Chris has focused on guiding organizations through Agile transformations and processes within various industries. His passion lies in helping businesses and organizations solve problems effectively and efficiently using Agile principles and frameworks through empowering individuals.
Chris graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Computer Science and received his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM III), Professional Product Owner (PSPO), a Certified Management 3.0 Facilitator, and Work-Together-Anywhere Facilitator, in addition to being a current candidate for the Professional Scrum Trainer designation.
