At InterVision, we’re committed to driving positive outcomes in the public sector through partnerships that bring leading-edge technology solutions to complex challenges. To that end, we’re thrilled to announce that Andrea Wallin-Rohmann, our Director of Client Engagement for the Public Sector, has joined the TechCA Advisory Council. With her extensive background in California’s public sector, Wallin-Rohmann’s appointment marks an exciting step forward in fostering impactful relationships within the state’s Tech community.
The TechCA Advisory Council promotes transparent, productive partnerships between the California government and the Tech industry. Through initiatives focused on community building, unified industry voices, and fair, diverse access to government contracting, TechCA supports California’s state and local agencies in meeting their unique technology needs.
As a TechCA Advisory Council member, Wallin-Rohmann will work closely with public officials and Tech leaders to strengthen these relationships and contribute to modernizing critical public infrastructure. Given her 33 years in public sector roles across state technology and administration, Wallin-Rohmann’s appointment is a natural fit for both TechCA and InterVision.
Most recently, Wallin-Rohmann served as Special Consultant and Interim CIO for the California Department of Parks and Recreation. Her career includes prominent roles, such as Chief Deputy Director for Policy and Deputy State CIO at the California Department of Technology, along with key executive roles at the California Department of Corrections. Her extensive experience complements TechCA’s mission to bridge public and private sector efforts, driving equitable and effective tech solutions across the state.
Reflecting on this new opportunity, Wallin-Rohmann said, “I am honored to have the opportunity to offer insights based on my experience in the space and continue building a long-lasting relationship between TechCA Advisory Council and InterVision.”
We’re excited about this announcement for many reasons. First, we deeply value our partnerships with public sector clients in California and across the U.S., and through collaboration with organizations like the TechCA Advisory Council, we’re better positioned to understand and serve their needs. Additionally, Wallin-Rohmann’s involvement will also allow us to contribute directly to critical projects that modernize state and local government infrastructure in California.
