Status Go: Ep. 172 – Religion and DEI&B

On this episode of Status Go, we will explore an aspect of diversity and inclusion that doesn’t get talked about often enough, religious diversity. Our guest is Aaron Spiegel. Aaron is the founder of 42 CS, a leadership coaching and technology consultancy focused on the non-profit sector. Aaron is also a rabbi. He is here to talk with us about his first-hand experience as a Jew in technology and developing cultural sensitivity across all religions.

Aaron was a founding director of the Center for Congregations, and architect and director of the Congregational Resource Guide. His work focuses on helping congregations, nonprofits, and socially-minded businesses implement high availability strategic plans. He is also the President of the Synagogue Studies Institute, collecting and interpreting data about synagogues for the American congregational landscape.
