Eric has 20+ years of experience working with IT Leaders and Corporate IT departments in Central Indiana. He is focused on helping companies identify and attract top IT leaders and related IT professionals that are unique to that company’s challenges. Eric is particularly passionate about working with business executives to find the “right fit” IT Leader for their organization.

Eric resides in Carmel, IN with his wife Heather and Boston Terrier, Mac. Eric has two boys in college studying Game Design and IT. When not running the recruiting business, you can find Eric fly fishing central Indiana for smallmouth bass or at a local brewery trying out the latest creations.
