Our guest on this episode, Dwayne Carter, founded Blu Strategies to focus on supporting public agencies by helping them to collaborate and leverage processes, data and technology.  In the past 7-8 years, Dwayne has been working with Medicaid and health agencies, in helping them digitally transform.  In this conversation with host Jeff Ton, Dwayne discusses the unique perspectives when it comes to transformation of public agencies; specifically looking at change management, technology and the impact on personnel.

Dwayne Carter created Blu Strategies, after working as a director for a big consulting firm that offered a wide-range of services, to focus on supporting public agencies collaborate and leverage processes, data and technology. Dwayne has served as a trusted advisor for a variety of different public agencies including city, county, state and federal. He is an expert in the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 framework and has been featured as a speaker at several Health and Human agency collaboration conferences.
