Status Go: Ep. 109 – Cloud Journey | A Focus on the Client Experience

Patrick Spencer, Managing Director of MoneyTree, takes us through their cloud journey, the stand out benefit being an increased client focus.

While we know a shift to the cloud is becoming an inevitability for most companies, there are varying reasons why organizations make the change.  In the case of Moneytree, they were acquired and it was mandated they be on the same platform as their parent company.  Patrick Spencer, Managing Director of Moneytree, takes us through their cloud journey with a unique perspective, having once been on the sales side of cloud services.  While Pat sits down with Jeff Ton and shares all of the details from team impact to lessons learned to challenges overcome, the stand out change was the shift in their processes; most notably the natural shift of their internal communication toward the client experience and the client’s usage of the solution.
