Status Go: Ep. 155 – Crisis Leadership

As a CIO or Senior IT leader, it seems the days are filled with one crisis or another and at no time was this more true than the last couple of years.  On Status Go we’ve talked to leaders across a variety of industries and roles and we’ve discussed their leadership around a myriad of challenges.  Being able to lead, and lead effectively during times of turmoil is a skill, a skill that must be honed.  Our guest on this episode is Beth Rashleigh, Founder of Rashleigh Consulting and the author of Crisis Proof Leadership, which not only defines what it means to lead through crisis, but it lays out the seven principles you need to develop in yourself and your team.  Listen as Beth breaks down the seven principles with Jeff Ton.
