Kathy is a transformational senior marketer with demonstrated leadership in developing strategic programs that drive sustained business results.

Kathy has a proven track record of defining data-driven, customer-focused marketing programs and persona-based content strategies to achieve a competitive edge.

Passionate about ensuring the voice of the customer is instilled in every marketing effort, Kathy has been instrumental in leading organizations to adopt client and market insights as part of their strategic planning and brand-building efforts.


Kathy’s experience spans both the agency and client-side across numerous industries, including consulting, technology, telecommunications, airline, retail, and packaged goods.

Her integrated marketing and communications expertise was honed through years of experience with diverse start-up, mid-market, and large corporations. She’s held high profile positions with multiple organizations including TierPoint, Avanade, NTT/Verio, and Ameritech. She has worked extensively with technology partners including Microsoft, Amazon, CISCO, IBM, and Dell, to secure funding and deliver mutually beneficial programs.


Technology buyers are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and their journeys are evolving. These dynamics mandate that marketing strategies are agile and flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt based on an ongoing review of marketing metrics, customer data analysis, and market trends.


Kathy holds a B.S. in marketing from Marquette University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

She is a member of the Executive Club of Chicago and Prospanica, the National Association of Hispanic MBAs.


Born and raised in the Chicago area, Kathy and her husband Vic continue to make it their home, along with their two children, Zachary and Lina, and their large extended family.
