Status Go: Ep. 140 – Disaster Recovery and SaaS

Pat Spencer, Managing Director of Moneytree, discusses disaster recovery and SaaS and how to set yourself up for success.

Disaster recovery and SaaS are two topics not often thought about as connected.  Do you have software as a service (SaaS) delivered applications in your application portfolio?  Are those apps included in your disaster recovery (DR) plan?  Are you a tech product company with an app that is delivered to your customers as SaaS? What is your DR plan for that?  What is your commitment to your customers?  Our guest today, Patrick Spencer, Managing Director of Moneytree, sits down with Jeff Ton, Strategic IT Advisor, to talk all things disaster recovery and SaaS; stories about when things went right and when things went terribly wrong.
